Arua Campus Library was started in 2006 as a Book Bank managed by a Library attendant. In 2009 a Library Assistant was employed who started putting the books in order and he came up with a new Library Management System which enabled easy usage and access of library materials. In 2011 E-Resources were introduced to the library, then in 2018 the Library got bigger space and even got a provision of internet. Currently we have an online system for monitoring and issuing of physical books and also a variety of Electronic Resources including E-books, journals and articles.
